Subscription & Refund Policy

Kid Cubbies offers the first month free by providing a discount code for new users. During this period, users will have access to all features and functionalities of the platform without charge.

From the second month, users will be charged a subscription fee to continue using some features on the Kid Cubbies platform. Currently, only providers are charged a subscription fee which will enable their daycare listing to become visible to parents and other site visitors. Our subscription fee is set at $15 per month for providers.

Users have the option to cancel their subscription at any time during the free trial period or after subscribing. Canceling during the trial period will result in no charges being incurred. However, if a user chooses to continue their subscription after the trial period and then cancels, they will not be refunded for any portion of the subscription fee already paid and they will still have access to feature subscribed to until the end of that subscription period.

Subscription fees will be automatically charged to the user's designated payment method at the end of the free trial period and subsequently on a recurring basis according to the chosen subscription plan.

Kid Cubbies reserves the right to modify subscription fees or introduce new fees for additional features or services in the future. Any changes to fees will be communicated to users in advance, and users will have the option to accept or decline the changes before they take effect.

Our payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor Stripe Inc (“Stripe”) and Kid Cubbies relies on your credit card details to process any payments made through the platform. The handling of credit card charges or refunds related to your usage of our service is governed by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service. By using our platform, you agree to adhere to the Stripe Services Agreement, which may undergo revisions by Stripe over time. In order for Kid Cubbies to facilitate payment processing services through Stripe, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. Moreover, you authorize Kid Cubbies to share this information along with transaction details pertaining to your use of our payment processing services.
