‐ Unregistered users of Kid Cubbies are welcome to browse any listing on our site. However, to access certain features such as viewing provider contact details, messaging providers or parents, and creating a listing, you will need to create an account.
‐ Although Kid Cubbies is a place for parents and child care providers to connect, Kid Cubbies is not in the business of providing childcare services.
‐ Kid Cubbies is not a party to the relationship formed between parents and the childcare provider. Childcare providers listed on our site are not employees or contractors of Kid Cubbies.
‐ Kid Cubbies does not set the prices or schedule for the providers listed on our site. The providers are solely responsible for setting these.
‐ When parents enroll their child(ren) with a provider’s daycare listed on our site, they are entering into a contract with that provider directly and Kid Cubbies is not a part of that contract.
‐ Kid Cubbies does not endorse any specific childcare provider or listing on our platform. Users should always do their due diligence when selecting childcare services or interacting with others on our platform.
‐ It's important to note that Kid Cubbies does verify the accuracy of the information provided by users, although we may conduct checks for identity verification. However, this doesn't mean we endorse any user or their credentials.
In order to access certain features of our website, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account and to keep your account information accurate and up to date after account creation. You also agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. Kid Cubbies is not responsible or liable for any losses by any party caused by unauthorized use of your account.
